Here’s how many more matches are expected to be added to the upcoming crossover pay-per-view event, AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
According to a new report from Dave Meltzer, by the end of tonight’s AEW Dynamite, we will have learned about four new matches headed to the match card for AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
In a tweet sent out this afternoon with comments turned off, everyone’s favorite Uncle Dave shared a little inside scoop via his Twitter account, writing:
“Four new matches added to Forbidden Door tonight.”
In his weekly appearance on Busted Open Radio, Khan reported that he thought it was going to be a big night on TBS with big matches announced including finding out the challenger for Jay White’s IWGP World Heavyweight Championship.
We know that the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship will be on the line at AEW x NJPW inaugural joint pay-per-view event, Forbidden Door.
However exactly who will be facing off in the title bout remains a mystery for now.
