WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis has hilariously responded to USA Network on social media, referencing recent Twitter drama.
Aldis recently appeared on WWE The Bump and during the show stated that Zelina Vega is very talented but still has to prove herself worthy of another title shot.
Zelina Vega has since taken to Twitter to address Aldis’ comments, leading to several accounts replying to Vega with words of encouragement.
One of these accounts belonged to USA Network, the home network of WWE Raw, who wrote:
You’ve already proven it to us and the @WWE Universe. Should be the easiest decision SmackDown makes. You deserve this opportunity
Aldis simply responded:
Haven’t you caused enough chaos this week?!
The USA Network account notably contributed to recent Twitter drama following AEW President criticising WWE’s decision to push Jinder Mahal into a world title program.
WWE’s broadcast partner notably responded to a tweet about Seth Rollins and Jinder Mahal having history with the inaugural NXT Title match.
Appearing to throw shade on those who value in-ring work rate over everything else, USA Network asked ‘what was the cagematch rating?’
Jinder Mahal recently reacted to his name trending online following Tony Khan’s criticism, which you can read more about right here.
