WWE held it’s first-ever premium live event in Italy tonight, with WWE Clash In Italy taking place in Turin.

The show featured five major matches, and featured title changes, controversial finishes and interesting booking decisions.

Coming out of the show, there are a number of things we have learned about the future of the company.

Here are 6 things we learned from WWE Clash In Italy 2026.

Brock Lesnar & Oba Femi Set For Trilogy

At WrestleMania 42, Oba Femi picked up a dominant victory over Brock Lesnar in the opening match of WrestleMania Sunday.

After the match, Brock Lesnar left his gloves and boots in the ring, seemingly retiring from WWE, but his retirement would last an entire month, with him returning to WWE Raw and laying out Oba Femi.

On tonight’s WWE Clash In Italy show, WWE made the… interesting… decision to have Lesnar pin Oba Femi, getting his win back from WrestleMania just over a month later.

With Brock picking up the win in Italy, it seems certain that we are headed for a trilogy between Brock and Oba, likely at SummerSlam in Minneapolis.

Cody Rhodes & Gunther Headed For A Rematch

The Undisputed WWE Championship match between Cody Rhodes and Gunther was one of the more highly anticipated matches headed into WWE Clash In Italy.

The match opened the show to a hot crowd, but right as the match was ready to enter the next level, it ended in controversial fashion.

The referee would count the three on Gunther after a Cross Rhodes while Gunther’s foot was under the bottom rope, with Gunther complaining to the referee after the match.

Cody would tell Gunther on the post-show that he didn’t see the controversial finish happen in real time, and that he was open to a rematch any time, so it seems as though we will be seeing another clash between the two in the future.

Sol Ruca Captures First Main Roster WWE Championship

Sol Ruca made her move up to the WWE main roster on the Raw after WrestleMania 42, with her facing off with Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan in her debut match.

Sol had yet to pick up a victory during her WWE main roster run, with Becky Lynch getting her disqualified during their match at Saturday Night’s Main Event last week.

On tonight’s WWE Clash In Italy show, Sol Ruca cemented herself on the WWE main roster, pinning Becky to capture the Women’s Intercontinental Championship.

With Sol now holding gold in WWE, it marks the start of a new era for women’s wrestling on the show with a young future star reigning as champion over the established veteran name,

King & Queen Of The Ring Brackets Revealed

WWE’s next premium live event following Clash In Italy is Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia, which will feature the finals of the King and Queen of the Ring Tournaments.

The brackets for this year’s tournaments were revealed on the post-show for Clash In Italy, with a number of interesting talking points from the bracket.

Notably, the Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan will be part of this year’s tournament having not defended the championship since she won it at WrestleMania 42.

There are a number of potential winners of both tournaments, including Oba Femi, Seth Rollins, Charlotte Flair and IYO SKY.

Jacob Fatu Will Fall In Line

Following Roman Reigns’ World Heavyweight Championship victory at WrestleMania 42, he started a rivalry with his cousin Jacob Fatu.

The two faced off in their second match at Clash In Italy in a Tribal Combat main event, with Roman retaining the title once more.

As part of the stipulation, Jacob Fatu will now be forced to fall in line and acknowledge the Tribal Chief, with a segment set to take place on tomorrow night’s Raw show.

Coming out of tonight’s event, it seems Jacob Fatu will remain part of the Bloodline for the next few months.

WWE Will Endlessly Rely On The Bloodline

While Jacob Fatu will fall in line with the rest of the Bloodline, we are far from done with this chapter of the Bloodline story, as it seems we will now see involvement from Solo Sikoa and the MFTs.

Solo, Talla Tonga and Tama Tonga were seen watching on from the crowd at the end of tonight’s show, with them teasing involvement in Jacob’s chapter.

The Bloodline story began back in 2020, and carried WWE through the pandemic era and beyond, with the story at it’s height being among the best in company history, and arguably responsible for the company’s boom period from 2022-2024.

However, with all options now seemingly told, retreading Bloodline waters in June 2026 feels like a cheap way to try and recapture that spark.
