On Saturday, June 27, WWE will return to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the Night of Champions 2026 premium live event.
This show will feature championship gold on the line as well as the King and Queen of the Ring Finals.
With WWE Clash In Italy likely to set the groundwork for the next PLE, it should be interesting to see what goes down come this special night in Riyadh.
Here are our predictions for the potential card for WWE Night of Champions 2026.
IYO SKY vs. Jacy Jayne – Queen Of The Ring Final
IYO SKY and Jacy Jayne are both former WWE NXT Women’s Champions – with Jayne holding the gold twice.
The top female stars in WWE will be entering the Queen of the Ring tournament to not only earn the honor of being given the crown, but to also earn a shot at the WWE Women’s or Women’s World Championship at SummerSlam 2026.
Upon the announcement of the tournament’s return, Jacy Jayne of Fatal Influence has officially thrown her name in the hat to compete.
Meanwhile, IYO SKY is a multi-time WWE Women’s Champion who will be looking to use the Queen of the Ring to get back into title contention.
This should set the stage for these two former NXT Women’s Champions in SKY and Jayne to clash for the first time in the Queen of the Ring Final at WWE Night of Champions 2026.
LA Knight vs. Trick Williams – King Of The Ring Final
The United States Championship is the only title that LA Knight and Trick Williams have held on the WWE main roster
The first two male stars to announce themselves as participants in this year’s King of the Ring were LA Knight and Trick Williams.
For Knight, he has been in pursuit of winning the World Heavyweight Championship for a number of years now and has his sights set on Roman Reigns on WWE Raw.
Meanwhile, Trick has become the hottest star on Friday Night SmackDown since getting called up to the WWE main roster at the start of 2026.
Knight and Williams should be an intriguing matchup with the fans split down the middle on who they want to see win the crown and earn the right to challenge for a world title at WWE SummerSlam 2026.
The MFTs (Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga & Talla Tonga) vs. Royce Keys & Wepa Up (Damian Priest & R-Truth)
Damian Priest was hesitant to team up with Royce Keys, questioning whether Keys could be affiliated with the MFTs
Over the past few weeks, The MFTs have been targeting the WWE Tag Team Championship on Friday Night SmackDown.
Through a series of attacks, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga and Talla Tonga have made the lives of R-Truth and Damian Priest a living hell.
At the same time, The MFTs have tried to recruit Royce Keys, but they have instead gotten under his skin and made an enemy out of the former Powerhouse Hobbs.
After aligning with Wepa Up, fans could see Keys team with Truth and Priest against The MFTs in a six-man tag team match at the WWE Night of Champions 2026 premium live event.
Penta (c) vs. Rey Mysterio – Intercontinental Championship
Rey Mysterio and Penta were entrants 1 and 2 in the 2025 Royal Rumble
On the May 25 episode of Monday Night Raw, Penta defeated Je’Von Evans to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
After the win, Penta ran into Rey Mysterio and offered him a shot at his title sometime in the future.
Later in the show, Mysterio defeated Rusev to earn the right to challenge for the IC Title.
With WWE Night of Champions 2026 being a show filled with title bouts, Penta defending the gold against his idol Mysterio would be a perfect addition to the card.
Paige & Brie Bella (c) vs. Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley & Lainey Reid) – Women’s Tag Team Championship
Fatal Influence have targeted Women’s Tag Team Champions Paige and Brie Bella since debuting on SmackDown
On the April 24 WWE SmackDown After WrestleMania 42, Fatal Influence made their main roster debut by attacking Paige, Brie Bella, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss.
Over the past few weeks, Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid have made it clear that they are determined to win all the gold on SmackDown.
Paige and Brie have proven themselves to be fighting champions since capturing the titles at WrestleMania 42 with several successful defenses.
The next challengers for the titles could come in the form of Fatal Influence looking to end the remarkable run for Paige and Brie at WWE Night of Champions 2026.
Liv Morgan (c) vs. Stephanie Vaquer – Women’s World Championship
Liv Morgan won the Women’s World Championship from Stephanie Vaquer at WrestleMania 42
At WWE WrestleMania 42 night one, Liv Morgan defeated Stephanie Vaquer to win the WWE Women’s World Championship.
Then on the April 27 episode of Monday Night Raw, Morgan and The Judgment Day jumped Vaquer, injuring her shoulder in the process.
Since then, ‘La Primera’ has been absent from WWE TV with no signs of when she will be back. However, recent reports have indicated that Vaquer could be set to return soon.
Vaquer returning could lead to a high profile Mania rematch with Morgan at WWE Night of Champions 2026 where either woman could walk out as the WWE Women’s World Champion.
GUNTHER (c) vs. Sami Zayn vs. Cody Rhodes – Undisputed WWE Championship
Sami Zayn and Cody Rhodes are two of the three men who have pinned GUNTHER on the WWE main roster, the other being CM Punk
At WWE Clash In Italy 2026, Cody Rhodes is scheduled to defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against GUNTHER.
On the May 22 edition of SmackDown, Rhodes defeated Sami Zayn. Post match, GUNTHER attacked Cody with Zayn looking on and not helping as his friend was choked out by ‘The Ring General.’
Ahead of this title showdown, GUNTHER has promised to put Rhodes to sleep and win the top prize on Friday Night SmackDown. Considering his recent success of paying off his promises, it feels like GUNTHER will become champion at Clash In Italy.
If that is the case, there could be a huge triple threat match between GUNTHER, Rhodes and Zayn that might prove to be an exciting main event for the upcoming WWE Night of Champions PLE.
