Predicting The Card For WWE WrestleMania 43 WWE

With WWE WrestleMania 42 in the rearview mirror, the company will now look forward to Mania 43 in Saudi Arabia.

It is hard to imagine what will possibly happen to the stars on the WWE roster over the next 12 months before WrestleMania 43 swings around.

“The Showcase of the Immortals” could open up a ton of possibilities for the card for the first Mania that will take place outside of North America.

Here are our potential predictions for the card for WWE WrestleMania 43.

World Heavyweight Championship: Oba Femi (c) vs. GUNTHER

Oba Femi and Gunther are both coming off major victories over top stars at WrestleMania 42

At WWE WrestleMania 42 Night Two, Oba Femi picked up the biggest victory of his young career when he defeated Brock Lesnar.

Femi did not waste any time in immediately staking his claim for a shot at Roman Reigns’ World Heavyweight Championship.

This could lead to “The Ruler” becoming a champion over the next few months. Meanwhile, GUNTHER is coming off the heels of a win over Seth Rollins at Mania.

These results at “The Show of Shows” has the potential of setting the stage for Femi and GUNTHER to collide for the World Heavyweight Championship at next year’s WrestleMania 43 premium live event.

WWE United States Championship: Trick Williams (c) vs. Carmelo Hayes

Another WWE star who picked up a career defining victory at WrestleMania 42 is Trick Williams.

After defeating Sami Zayn to win the United States Championship, Williams looks set to have a lengthy run with the gold.

Williams holding onto the US Title for a whole year could be a great way to establish him in a significant way on the WWE main roster, which may lead to a showdown with his former tag team partner.

In the leadup to Mania 42, many fans wanted to see Carmelo Hayes facing his former friend at “The Show of Shows.” Now a year on, WWE could deliver on the Melo-Trick gang colliding in a title clash in Saudi Arabia next year.

WWE Women’s United States Championship: Jacy Jayne (c) vs. Tiffany Stratton vs. Giulia vs. Jordynne Grace

The WWE Women’s United States Championship has not been featured on a premium live event since the first champion was crowned in December 2024.

After being left off of the WrestleMania 42 card, the Women’s US Title could get a spot at Mania 43 in 2027.

While Giulia currently holds the gold and Tiffany Stratton is the new number one contender, there could be some new challengers in play come “The Show of Shows” in Saudi Arabia.

Following her loss of the NXT Women’s Championship, it looks like Jacy Jayne is on her way to the main roster where she could win the title and defend it against a trio of contenders, such as Stratton, Giulia and Jordynne Grace at WrestleMania 43.

WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship: Bayley (c) vs. Lyra Valkyria

Bayley and Lyra Valkyria became a tag team in the Fall of 2025 after both came up short against Becky Lynch

Bayley and Lyra Valkyria were one of three duos challenging for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania 42.

After coming up short at “The Show of Shows,” there could be a lot that happens between now and WrestleMania 43 next year.

Whether through a formal split or a betrayal, it feels unlikely this team will still be together come Saudi Arabia in 2027.

Bayley winning the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship to then defend against Valkyria could make for a grudge match worthy of the Mania stage.

Charlotte Flair vs. Alexa Bliss

Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair were initially set for a match at WWE SummerSlam 2025 before the pair ended up clicking too well on television

Over the past year, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss have created a strong friendship with one another that saw them become one of the premier women’s tag teams.

Flair and Bliss are former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions who still remain one of the top contenders for the gold.

Considering their friendship with one another, it will be a memorable moment when these two go their separate ways.

Bliss deciding to turn heel on Flair could set the stage for a grudge match between the two former tag team partners on the WrestleMania 43 premium live event.

Becky Lynch vs. Stephanie Vaquer

Becky Lynch and Stephanie Vaquer have yet to face off in their WWE careers as both held respective championships over the past few months

Another non-title women’s match that could be added to the WrestleMania 43 card next year is Becky Lynch going one-on-one with Stephanie Vaquer.

While “The Man” has been entrenched in the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship picture for the past year, it might be time to use her star power outside of the title picture come next year’s Mania.

Meanwhile, Vaquer lost the WWE Women’s World Championship to Liv Morgan at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas.

Lynch facing Vaquer in a grudge match would be a high profile showdown to feature outside of the title pictures at “The Showcase of the Immortals” in 2027.

WWE World Tag Team Championships Ladder Match: The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) (c) vs. The Lucha Bros (Penta & Rey Fenix) vs. The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods)

WrestleMania X-Seven’s TLC 2 match for the World Tag Team Championship is considered one of the most iconic in WWE history

WrestleMania 42 did not feature any tag team title matches on the two-night premium live event in Las Vegas.

Now that the show is in the books, WWE should focus on making sure one of the two sets of tag titles will be up for grabs at WrestleMania 43.

The Usos have reunited, while Xavier Woods should be back from his injury by the time Mania swings around in 2027.

WWE aligning Penta and Rey Fenix back together as a reunited Lucha Bros could make for a big time three-way match against The Usos and The New Day in a Ladder Match for the World Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania 43 in Saudi Arabia.

Bron Breakker vs. Jacob Fatu

Two of WWE’s fastest rising stars on the roster right now are Bron Breakker and Jacob Fatu.

Back in 2024, Breakker and Fatu had a showdown that excited fans and got many talking about a massive collision course between these two.

At WrestleMania 42, Breakker made his return with an attack on Seth Rollins during his match with GUNTHER, while Fatu picked up a win over Drew McIntyre in an Unsanctioned Match.

Fatu facing Breakker in a battle of the emerging monsters would make for a tantalizing showstealer on the WrestleMania 43 card.

Seth Rollins vs. Je’Von Evans

Je’von Evans competed in his first WrestleMania match at WWE WrestleMania 42 and the age of 21, which makes him among the top 5 youngest WrestleMania debutants ever

Seth Rollins has proven himself to be one of the best in-ring performers in WWE today, who regularly delivers memorable bouts on “The Grandest Stage of Them All.

Rollins did just that once again in his clash with GUNTHER at WrestleMania 42 Night One.

Another WWE star who caught the attention of the fans at Mania 42 was none other than Je’Von Evans with a death-defying performance in the Intercontinental Championship Ladder Match on Night Two.

WrestleMania 43 could see Rollins going one-on-one with “The Young OG,” who will be looking to impress once again facing one of WWE’s biggest stars.

WWE Women’s World Championship: Liv Morgan (c) vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Raquel Rodriguez

Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez ended up helping Liv Morgan win the Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 42

At WrestleMania 42 Night One, Liv Morgan defeated Stephanie Vaquer to win the WWE Women’s World Championship.

Now sitting atop of the Raw women’s division, it should be interesting to see what is next for Morgan over the next year.

Looking at her current faction with The Judgment Day, WWE could see a slow burn split between the three women in the group.

Morgan defending the WWE Women’s World Championship against Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez would be a significant way to bring the story of the Judgment Day to a close at WrestleMania 43.

WWE Women’s Championship: Rhea Ripley (c) vs. IYO SKY

IYO SKY did not compete in a match at WWE WrestleMania 42 a year after stealing the show with Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair

Rhea Ripley regained the WWE Women’s Championship with a win over Jade Cargill at WrestleMania 42 Night Two.

To get the job done, Ripley got an assist from her friend and tag team partner IYO SKY to even the odds against Cargill’s lackeys, Michin and B-Fab.

After their story that has spanned several years starting with their time in WWE NXT, Rhea and IYO could culminate their competitive rivalry at next year’s WrestleMania 43.

SKY and Ripley squaring off for the WWE Women’s Championship could make for a potential headliner at Mania in Saudi Arabia next year.

Undisputed WWE Championship: Cody Rhodes (c) vs. CM Punk

Cody Rhodes and CM Punk took part in an emotional face to face on the final SmackDown before WrestleMania 42

Reports circulated on the road to WrestleMania 42 that one of the discussed main events at one time was between Cody Rhodes and CM Punk.

However, Rhodes wound up defeating Randy Orton to retain the Undisputed WWE Championship on Night One, while Punk lost the World Heavyweight Championship to Roman Reigns on Night Two.

Now that he lost the top prize on Raw, “The Best In The World” might set his sights on the Undisputed WWE Championship come WrestleMania 43.

Punk challenging Rhodes would culminate all of their interactions over the past three years in what could headline either night of “The Grandest Stage of Them All.”

Roman Reigns vs. The Rock

With WrestleMania 43 taking place in Saudi Arabia, WWE could call upon some legendary names to be part of the card.

Over the past decade, Roman Reigns and The Rock has become one of the most anticipated matches to ever take place.

With the two cousins wanting to face each other to honor their family at “The Showcase of the Immortals,” WWE could finally pull the trigger on this dream match in Saudi Arabia come 2027.

Reigns facing The Rock could be the biggest main event possible for such an important event next year for the first Mania outside of North America.
