All Elite Wrestling (AEW) has an interesting set of champions who currently hold gold in the company.

There is a wide variety of different titleholders who have captured championships at the past couple of pay-per-views.

From those who have been defending the titles often week after week to individuals who just grabbed the gold in recent weeks, it is intriguing to see how these current title reigns in the promotion rank compared to one another.

Here are our rankings for every current AEW champion’s title reign.

9. AEW World Tag Team Champion Christian Cage & Adam Copeland

At AEW Double Or Nothing 2026, Adam Copeland and Christian Cage defeated FTR in an I Quit Match to win the AEW World Tag Team Championship.

This marked the first time Cage and Cope captured a Tag Team Title as a duo since 2001.

This legendary tandem have finally won the gold and concluded their rivalry with Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler.

With a feud being set up with The Dogs on the May 27 AEW Dynamite, Cage and Cope’s AEW World Tag Team Title reign is just getting started, so it is best for them to be at the bottom of this ranking.

8. National Champion Mark Davis

On the May 9 Fairway To Hell special edition of AEW Collision, Mark Davis defeated ‘Jungle’ Jack Perry to win the AEW National Championship.

The Don Callis Family member has been on a roll over the course of 2026 and become one of the most reliable in-ring performers in the company.

Since capturing the title, Davis has already recorded two successful title defenses against Xelhua at ROH Supercard of Honor 2026 and Adam Priest on the May 28 ROH TV on Honor Club.

Considering he has defended the gold twice, Davis should be placed right here on this ranking of AEW champion’s title reigns.

7. AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions Divine Dominion (Megan Bayne & Lena Kross)

Divine Dominion defeated Babes of Wrath to win the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship at the AEW Revolution pay-per-view in March.

Megan Bayne and Lena Kross have proven to be a dominant pairing that has taken out every single tag team that has been put in front of them.

Over the past month, Divine Dominion have started their five minute eliminator challenge where contenders have stepped up to the plate to try their hand at earning a shot at their title.

While they have successfully defended the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Title three times during this run, Divine Dominion do not feel as featured as they should be as champions right now.

6. AEW World Trios Champions The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong & Kyle O’Reilly)

Back at AEW Dynasty 2026, The Conglomeration defeated The Dogs to win the AEW World Trios Title.

The Conglomeration’s Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong have made for a formidable partnership with one another.

Since forming this stable in 2025, The Conglomeration have become one of the most popular trios in All Elite Wrestling today.

Despite only defending the title on two occasions, The Conglomeration should find themselves in the middle of the rankings for current AEW champions at this time.

5. International Champion Konosuke Takeshita

At the AEW Double Or Nothing 2026 event, Konosuke Takeshita defeated Kazuchika Okada to win the AEW International Championship.

This bout proved to be one of the best matches in all of professional wrestling in 2026.

‘The Alpha’ is now a two-time AEW International Champion and has even recorded his first successful title defense of this reign with a win over Daniel Garcia on the May 30 edition of Collision.

Considering his status as one of the best in-ring performers in AEW right now, Takeshita should be placed in the middle of the pack of current champions in the company and can move up throughout this current run.

4. TNT Champion Kevin Knight

Kevin ‘The Jet’ Knight has established himself as one of the fastest rising stars in All Elite Wrestling today.

At AEW Dynasty 2026, Knight won the Casino Gauntlet Match to win the vacant TNT Championship.

‘The Jet’ has successfully defended the TNT Title four times with victories over Claudio Castagnoli, Brian Cage, HOOK and MJF since capturing the gold in April.

With his heel turn at the end of AEW Double Or Nothing 2026, Knight could easily find himself at the top of this ranking sooner rather than later.

3. AEW Women’s World Champion Thekla

On the February 11 episode of AEW Dynamite, Thekla defeated Kris Statlander in a Strap Match to win the AEW Women’s World Championship.

‘The Toxic Spider’ has become one of the most entertaining characters on AEW television as of late.

Since winning the gold, Thekla has defended her title against Statlander twice, Jamie Hayter twice, Hikaru Shida, Thunder Rosa, Alex Windsor and Mina Shirakawa.

With six successful defenses under her belt and her personality being a standout on AEW TV, Thekla has made a strong case to be the best champion in the promotion right now.

2. Continental Champion Jon Moxley

At AEW Worlds End 2025, Jon Moxley defeated Kyle Fletcher and Kazuchika Okada to win the Continental Classic tournament and become the new AEW Continental Champion.

The Death Riders leader has since tallied 10 wins in AEW Continental Title Eliminator matches on the company’s programming.

Outside of Eliminator matches, Moxley has also successfully defended his title against Konosuke Takeshita twice, Will Ospreay and Kyle O’Reilly.

Based on his quality of opponents and sheer number of Eliminator wins, Mox feels like one of the strongest – if not THE strongest – champions in All Elite Wrestling at this moment.

1. AEW World Champion MJF

While Jon Moxley and Thekla make strong cases to be at the top of this ranking, MJF holds the richest prize in AEW right now.

At AEW Double Or Nothing 2026, MJF defeated Darby Allin to become a three-time AEW World Champion. For much of the past six months, the AEW World Title picture has been the most compelling story in the company.

Maxwell Jacob Friedman’s second run saw multiple contenders taking aim at ‘The Devil,’ while Allin’s maiden voyage as AEW World Champion was a whirlwind that saw him put his body on the line to hold onto his moment in the sun.

Now that he has captured the title for a third time, it feels like MJF is by far the most important and best champion in the entire promotion at this time.
