On the October 12 episode of Monday Night Raw, Carmelo Hayes made his return to turn heel and join the 946 stable.

Following this heel turn, there could be even more that WWE is planning at this time.

Looking at Raw, SmackDown and NXT, several different stars could be about to betray their friends and show their true colors to the fans.

Here are five potential WWE heel turns coming soon.

Tiffany Stratton

Following injuries and releases to her Secret Hervice, Chelsea Green befriended Tiffany Stratton.

After proving herself, Green finally convinced Stratton to embrace their friendship with one another.

Over the past few months, fans have seen Stratton and Green have each other’s backs against any and all rivals who step in front of them.

However, Stratton winning the Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match seems to be leading to an eventual cash-in on her best friend down the line.

Kendal Grey

WWE NXT's Kendal Grey

After losing the NXT Women’s Championship at WWE NXT Heatwave 2026, Kendal Grey had to take several weeks off after a vertigo injury.

This led to Grey undergoing weeks of therapy sessions to get her mind right again.

In the meantime, Grey’s best friend Wren Sinclair has targeted NXT Women’s Champion Kelani Jordan and became the number one contender for the gold.

Following her return to NXT and being cleared to compete, Kendal Grey could get jealous at the opportunity Sinclair has in front of her at WWE NXT Halloween Havoc, leading to the WrenQCC falling apart thanks to a betrayal.

Charlotte Flair

On the October 9 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, Jade Cargill and The Baddies jumped Charlotte Flair backstage.

This led to Flair being removed for her scheduled match and being replaced by Alexa Bliss to team with Tatum Paxley.

Paxley and Bliss then defeated Fatal Influence to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.

Jealousy and frustration towards Paxley could lead to Charlotte showing her true colors and betraying the former NXT Women’s Champion and her own best friend Alexa Bliss sometime soon.

LA Knight

At WWE Money In The Bank 2026, Roman Reigns defeated LA Knight to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.

Following this loss, Knight showed some resentment towards his friend Solo Sikoa for teaming with The Bloodline to face the 946 on the October 12 WWE Raw.

Considering his history with The Bloodline, Knight will always think the worst of Roman Reigns and his family.

This most recent loss could lead “The Megastar” to turning heel to get some revenge on The Bloodline sometime soon.

Jey Uso

On the September 28 WWE Raw, Jaida Parker made her main roster debut and proceeded to join forces with the 946 by running down Jacob Fatu.

When she first showed up, Parker went face-to-face with her real life boyfriend Jey Uso.

Considering many fans were not happy when he fell in line behind Roman Reigns in The Bloodline earlier this year, WWE can play into that by having Jey turn on his family.

Uso turning on The Bloodline could be a different direction that can give his character his agency back in a meaningful way.
