Happy Corbin earned himself a shot at the Intercontinental Championship on tonight’s SmackDown show (October 22).
WWE announced that Corbin would face current Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura on the show in a Championship Contender’s match on tonight’s show.
Corbin would pin Nakamura with the End of Days following a distraction from Madcap Moss at ringside to earn the shot.
It was not announced when Corbin would receive his shot, but the Intercontinental Champion is set for a collision with United States Champion Damian Priest at Survivor Series.
