Chris Jericho has been known to protect his intellectual property. Recent reports have shown he has been filing for more trademarks for things such as Mimosa Mayhem. Now, he has applied for two more.
The first of which comes as no surprise. Jericho has filed to trademark the term “Million Viewer Man” which he has recently referred to himself as following AEW Dynamite’s record-breaking episode last week. The second is a bit more interesting.
Jericho has also filed to trademark the name Clint Bobski, his persona on Southpaw Regional Wrestling. Southpaw Regional Wrestling was a satirical YouTube show put on by WWE stars in 2016 where they played characters a promoted an old-school wrestling territory. Here is the quoted application:

Jericho had used the name Clint Bobski in the past. He has told the story in his books and other places that when he was wrestling on the indies after his debut he wrote in to the local newspaper talking about how great he was. The name he used as a cover? Clint Bobski.
