Technically, Rollins holds a victory over Roman Reigns at the Royal Rumble but he was unsuccessful in winning the Universal Championship. He won that match by disqualification meaning the last time we saw Rollins have his hand raised on a WWE Premium Live Event match was Hell In A Cell 2021 against Cesaro.
Luckily with the character Rollins plays, he doesn’t need to always win to remain a top guy in the company. It’s about time on a bigger stage Rollins picks up a victory after the amazing feuds he’s given the WWE.
The trilogy of matches with Edge and recently Cody Rhodes all ending inside Hell In A Cell have been two of the decade’s greatest blood feuds. A win at Money In The Bank would be a great nod to ‘The Man’ for eating pins left and right, but putting on some of the best and highest-rated matches in recent WWE history.
