WWE Stars To Turn Heel Soon

There are a number of WWE stars currently on the roster who look like they might be about to turn heel some time soon, or could at least benefit from doing so.

Whether it be splitting up with tag team partners or looking for championship gold, here are five WWE stars who could turn heel in the near future.

5. Charlotte Flair

It has to happen eventually, right?

The Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair tag team was only supposed to be temporary and lead to a match between the two at SummerSlam 2025 – we’re now well past SummerSlam 2026 and they’re still going.

The recent addition of Tatum Paxley might just be what finally pushes Flair over the edge though, breaking the hearts of both Paxley and Bliss simultaneously.

Flair herself has repeatedly said that while she’s been having more fun as a babyface over the past year-plus, she’s a better heel, and it might be time to finally put that to work once again.

4. Joaquin Wilde

While they haven’t been on WWE Raw since 2025, The LWO’s Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro have remained active on Main Event and in AAA.

There’s been something of disconnect though, because on Main Event, they’ve just been teaming together as normal, while in AAA, Wilde has been breaking out and repackaging himself as something similar to his DJZ character from TNA.

While there hasn’t been an explicit break-up between Wilde and Del Toro, they’ve been competing in some multi-man matches individually, and Wilde even teamed with the heel La Hiedra to challenge Mr Iguana and Lola Vice for the Mixed Tag Team Title not long ago.

If WWE is ready to commit to a break-up, a match between Wilde and Del Toro wouldn’t be out of place on the TripleMania card.

3. Bronco Nima

Speaking of AAA, NXT star Bronco Nima has established himself as a member of the new version of Los Perros Del Mal – despite remaining in a tag team with Lucien Price as OTM in WWE NXT.

A couple of weeks ago, interference from Perros members Angel and Berto led to OTM losing a tag team match on NXT TV, with Price now looking to compete in singles action as his backup plan.

Things could break down between Nima and Price, with Nima choosing the Perros over his long-time partner and Price going forward as a singles babyface.

2. Damian Priest

Damian Priest has been becoming increasingly frustrated with R-Truth in recent weeks and Truth’s tendency to land them in awkward situations where they’ve had to defend their WWE Tag Team Championship.

That came to a head this past Friday on SmackDown, when they lost their title to the MFTs in a three-way match that also included the War Raiders.

Priest’s biggest successes in WWE, including his World Heavyweight Championship reign, came when he was a heel as the leader of Judgment Day.

Finally losing his temper and ditching R-Truth could lead to Priest making his way back up the card to top title contender level.

1. Tiffany Stratton

Tiffany Stratton is no longer the WWE Women’s United States Champion after she lost the title to Jacy Jayne on SmackDown last week.

The past few months have seen Chelsea Green attempt to befriend Stratton – something she eventually succeeded in doing.

However, now that Green has a championship and Stratton doesn’t, it might be time for Stratton to turn on Green and return to being a heel, which is something we haven’t really seen for a couple of years now.
