A WWE star has thanked Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp amid his upcoming departure from the club at the end of the 2023/24 season.
Legendary Football manager Jurgen Klopp announced this morning that would be set to leave Liverpool Football Club at the end of the 2023/24 Premier League season.
Klopp took over at Liverpool back in 2015, where he went on to win the club it’s first Premier League title in history, and first top flight title in 30 years, in 2020.
Taking to Twitter to react to the news, WWE star Sheamus, who is a big Liverpool fan, thanked Klopp ahead of his departure, simply writing:
Absolute Legend. Thank you Klopp.
Sheamus has been out of action with a shoulder injury over the past few months, with him not wrestling since he faced off with Edge in the Rated R Superstar’s final WWE match in August.
There has been speculation that he may re-emerge in this year’s Royal Rumble match.
