The final four for the WWE NXT Men’s Breakout Tournament is set after tonight’s match saw two more men qualify for the semi-finals.
The inaugural WWE NXT Men’s Breakout Tournament has been occurring over the past weeks and now the semi-finals are set.
On tonight’s WWE NXT (December 19) Lexis King and Tavion Heights advanced in the Men’s Breakout Tournament to reveal the full field for the semi-finals.
In the semi-final round, Chase U’s newest student Riley Osborne will take on NXT’s resident ‘Drama King’ according to Booker T, Lexis King.
Interestingly, King was only entered into the tournament after having attacked original participant, Trey Bearhill during an introduction segment.
After King’s win over Dion Lennox, Bearhill ran out with a steel chair while Lexis King escaped danger and mugged for the camera.
Also revealed for a semi-final battle, Oba Femi will take on Tavion Heights after the latter scored an impressive victory over Luca Crusifino.
Elsewhere on tonight’s WWE NXT, a main roster star has returned to the brand with an eye on ‘redemption’.
