While the AEW Tag Team Championships were on the line, there were other things on the mind of the raucous Chicago crowd.

After a hot entrance and typically hilarious rap from Max Caster, the real star of the beginning of the match was a catchphrase!

While the crowd initially were singing for Swerve in Our Glory, it then changed to something else entirely.

Singing along to the tune of the White Stripes’ Seven Nation Army, Chicago instead began singing, “Oh Scissor Me Daddy,” on behalf of the Acclaimed and Billy Gunn’s continued partnership.

Chicago is rocking and rolling for The Acclaimed, now chanting at Swerve in Our Glory, “You can’t scissor!” and booing the champs… yikes!

With Anthony Bowens appeared to tweak his knee, Strickland and Lee were firmly working heel as they began to capitalize on the apparent injury much to the crowd’s dismay.

In the end after many exciting near falls, it was finally Swerve in Our Glory who emerged victoriously to retain the titles.

In a post-match angle, while Keith Lee offered his own hand to Scissor Daddy Ass, Swerve on the other hand had but one finger to show to The Acclaimed.
