WWE/TKO
TKO has shared a behind the scenes look at the WWE talent relations department in a new video to social media.
While it’s the WWE wrestlers who are at the forefront of the WWE product, there are also a lot of key players behind the scenes in the company.
The work of WWE’s talent relations department is something that has gone under the radar in recent years, and TKO has now made sure to spotlight some of the MVPs of the department.
TKO Shares Behind The Scenes Look At WWE Talent Relations Department
In a new video uploaded to social media, TKO sat down with John Cone, Aggie Dent and Zachary Maxwell of WWE talent relations, where they went over the hard work they do when working with all the talent under a WWE contract.

TKO Opening Up Behind The Curtain More In WWE
Since the Endeavour takeover of WWE and creation of TKO back in September 2023, we have seen a lot more behind the curtains of the working of WWE than ever before.
The most notable example being WWE Unreal on Netflix, with two seasons of the show focusing on the creative aspect of the product, and Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque’s team in the creative room.
Triple H has also opened up more on the business side of the company in premium live event post-shows and interviews on YouTube, SportsCenter and other places.
The decision to peel more behind the curtain will always be a polarising one, as for fans that have been watching the show for a long time, it can be an interesting look at how things work.
On the contrary, a lot of fans, and even WWE talents themselves, have been rather critical of the decision to reveal more behind the scenes secrets of the company, as wrestlers aim to ‘protect’ the sanctity of the industry.
TKO’s Involvement In WWE Creative
It was recently noted by TKO’s Mark Shapiro that TKO has creative control in the company, which led to the belief among some fans that they were now booking the WWE product on screen.
While TKO do ultimately have the power to change creative plans as they please, as we saw with Pat McAfee’s involvement at WrestleMania 42, the day to day creative remains in the hands of Triple H, who recently signed a new contract to remain the company’s Chief Content Officer.
