New Faces Joining WWE NXT Brand

With a number of call ups from the NXT brand to the WWE main roster in recent months, a plethora of new faces have recently debuted on the brand, including six new names alone on this week’s episode of the show.

The most notable of all the names is former NJPW star and IWGP Heavyweight Champion EVIL, who confronted Tony D’Angelo on the show, handing him a shirt featuring the same Japanese Kanji for war featured on a box D’Angelo was handed the week prior.

This week’s NXT show also saw the in-ring debut of Lizzy Rain, the former Rayne Leverkusen, who picked up the win over Nikkita Lyons, as well as British independent star Will Kroos, who was referred to as a ‘fan’ on the broadcast as he hit D’Angelo with a Moonsault.

The other names from WWE Evolve that we saw debut on the show include Tristan Angels, Kam Hendrix and Tate Wilder, as well as the recent additions of the likes of EK Prosper, Dorian Van Dux and Elio LeFleur.

With so many new faces already drumming up interest, the future of NXT seems to be in good hands coming out of this week’s show.
