Ludwig Kaiser has been with WWE since June 2017 and is a two-time NXT Tag Team Champion.
In recent months, he has been playing the role of masked luchador El Grande Americano, having taken over the character from Chad Gable when Gable got injured.
Now that Gable has returned, the two are feuding over who the ‘real’ Americano is, and are set for a mask vs mask match at WWE AAA Noche De Los Grandes on May 30 in Monterrey.
Kaiser is also the leader of Los Americanos, where he is joined by Rayo and Bravo Americano, who are played by Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate respectively.
In AAA in Mexico, Kaiser is the most popular babyface on the show in his version of the El Grande Americano character, despite being portrayed as a heel on WWE Raw.
Also set for Noche De Los Grandes is Bayley, La Catalina & Lola Vice vs Las Toxicas, as well as AAA Latin American Championship match between El Hijo De Dr Wagner Jr and El Hijo Del Vikingo.
Also, the AAA World Tag Team Championship will be on the line as Pagano and Psycho Clown, who have been having some issues as of late, defend against the War Raiders.
