Predicting The 2026 Men’s WWE Money In The Bank Lineup

With WWE SummerSlam now behind us, WWE enters it’s final months of the year, with a major event the next on the calendar.

For the first time, WWE Money In The Bank is set to take place after SummerSlam, with the event coming to New Orleans, Louisiana in October.

With no announced premium live events between now and then, we could begin to see names qualify for the titular matches soon.

Here is our predicted lineup for the 2026 men’s Money In The Bank Ladder match.

Trick Williams

At SummerSlam, Trick Williams lost the United States Championship to Baron Corbin in Corbin’s first match back in the company.

Trick’s win came as a shock to a lot of fans, though it seems as though it was a means to an end for his greater status in the company.

It has been reported that Trick Williams is expected to move up the card following his loss, with him currently a favorite to win the briefcase.

With that being said, he will almost certainly at least be part of the match.

Je’von Evans

On top of Trick Williams, Je’von Evans also made his main roster debut at the beginning of the year, with him becoming one of the highlights of Raw every week.

Every Money In The Bank Ladder match needs it’s young stars performing high spots to get the crowd excited, which is a role perfect for Je’von.

At just 22, Je’von likely has many Money In The Bank appearances ahead of him in his career, with him potentially winning one in a few years.

This likely won’t be the year for Je’von to win the briefcase, but it will be a great spot to showcase his talents.

Jacob Fatu

With Roman Reigns continuing to reign as World Heavyweight Champion, the Bloodline’s stranglehold on Monday Night Raw is set to continue.

Roman will have his eyes on the Money In The Bank Ladder match, as the winner will have a contract that allows them to potentially challenge him for his title.

As such, Roman will likely send a member of the Bloodline into the match to win the briefcase and keep it close to home.

Jacob is the most obvious choice for that spot, and Roman believing he is safe from the Werewolf cashing in on him as the fans urge Jacob to break away would make for fun television.

Sami Zayn

Make no mistake, Sami Zayn has well and truly been screwed over by the WWE over the past month.

After being forced to defend the WWE Championship just 9 days after winning it, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis would then again cost Sami his chance to go to SummerSlam, when he took out Gunther during their tag team main event.

Then, at SummerSlam, Aldis would add both Gunther and Kevin Owens to Sami’s number one contender’s match with Finn Balor, which Owens would then win.

Sami definitely deserves a spot in the match after the rough month he’s had.

Penta

Trick Williams wasn’t the only man to lose his championship at SummerSlam, as Chad Gable would finally capture the Intercontinental Championship from Penta.

Penta has held down the midcard on Raw for most of 2026, with his defeat opening the door to him potentially making the move up the card just like Trick.

Penta was part of last year’s Money In The Bank Ladder match, and we will likely see him feature again this year, as he is a prominent focus on the show’s marketing.

Penta winning the briefcase would be a shocking moment, but a welcome win nonetheless.

Finn Balor

Since moving over to SmackDown as a babyface, Finn Balor has finally started racking up more momentum in the company.

Balor has been teasing a rematch with CM Punk since both men moved to SmackDown, with Balor looking to finally return to the top of the brand.

Money In The Bank has always been an easy way to elevate talents back to the top, and Balor winning the case would be a cool moment for him.

The Money In The Bank winner will presumably have until next October to cash in, so there’s no rush to have him cash in before then.
