With WWE establishing the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments as yearly staples, this year’s finals will likely take place at Night of Champions 2026.

With that event taking place on June 27, the company has to be contemplating who will compete in this year’s tournament.

From former winners to new stars picking up the biggest victory of their young careers, the participants could include any number of stars on the current WWE roster.

Here are ten potential WWE Queen of the Ring 2026 participants.

10. Jacy Jayne

Jacy Jayne officially joined the blue brand on the SmackDown after WrestleMania 42.

On the April 24 WWE SmackDown After WrestleMania 42, Jacy Jayne and Fatal Influence made their main roster debut.

This evening saw Jayne step up and confront WWE Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley, making it clear that she was coming for her title.

Wanting to capture every single championship on SmackDown, Jayne may pick up a major win in the Queen of the Ring tournament.

After winning the crown at WWE Night of Champions, nothing would be in the way of Jayne winning the WWE Women’s Championship and Fatal Influence taking over the SmackDown women’s division.

9. Lyra Valkyria

Lyra Valkyria has previously held the Women’s Intercontinental, Women’s Tag Team, and NXT Women’s titles in WWE.

Upon getting called up to the WWE main roster in 2024, Lyra Valkyria faced her first real obstacle by entering the Queen of the Ring tournament.

Valkyria made her way through the tournament and made it all the way to the finals against Nia Jax at Night of Champions 2024.

While she came up short against Jax, Lyra will be even more motivated than ever to make it back to the finals this year.

Whether it be against an old rival from NXT or her own tag team partner Bayley, Valkyria feels like someone who would not back down from any challenge and fight with everything she has to win this year’s Queen of the Ring tournament.

8. Bayley

WWE's Bayley

Being a WWE Women’s Grand Slam Champion, and having previously won the Royal Rumble and Money in the Bank matches, the Queen of the Ring tournament is one of the last accomplishments left for Bayley to complete.

Speaking of Lyra Valkyria, Bayley is someone who will be looking to win the Queen of the Ring in 2026.

Bayley is one of the most decorated and popular female stars in all of WWE today.

While she is currently embroiled in the Women’s Tag Team Championship picture alongside Valkyria, Bayley might want to revive her singles career and get her hands back on some gold.

After not holding a singles title for the past two years, it might be time for Bayley to enter the Queen of the Ring 2026 tournament and look to get back in contention for the WWE Women’s World Championship.

7. Lash Legend

Lash Legend made her WrestleMania debut at WrestleMania 42, defending and losing the Women’s Tag Team Championship.

Making her main roster debut in November 2025, Lash Legend has proven herself to be a force to be reckoned with.

Since arriving on Friday Night SmackDown, Legend has formed a pairing with Nia Jax known as The Irresistible Forces.

In just six short months, Legend has held the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship, and continues to be a top contender to regain the title with Jax.

However, the Queen of the Ring 2026 could see Legend break out as a singles star and become a favorite to win this year’s tournament.

6. Nia Jax

Nia Jax won the Queen of the Ring tournament in 2024, defeating Lyra Valkyria in the tournament final.

Back at WWE King & Queen of the Ring 2024, Nia Jax defeated Lyra Valkyria to win the Queen of the Ring tournament.

Jax went on to defeat Bayley to win the WWE Women’s Championship at the SummerSlam 2024 premium live event.

Despite it being two years since those major victories, Jax could return to her spot at the top of the SmackDown women’s division.

While she has become a mainstay in the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship picture, Jax has what it takes to establish her dominance in the singles scene once more in the Queen of the Ring tournament.

5. Roxanne Perez

WWE star Roxanne Perez

Roxanne Perez’ singles accomplishments in WWE include two NXT Women’s Championship reigns, winning the 2022 Iron Survivor Challenge match, and the 2022 Women’s Breakout Tournament.

In 2025, Roxanne Perez was called up to the WWE main roster and quickly became a member of The Judgment Day thanks to Finn Balor.

However, The Judgment Day decided to turn on Balor during Perez’s absence, excommunicating the former WWE Universal Champion from the group.

Since then, there has been teases of dissension between Perez and WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan.

Wanting to fan the flames of differences between herself and Morgan, “The Prodigy” could enter the WWE Queen of the Ring 2026 tournament and win the whole thing to set up a showdown with her Judgment Day stablemate.

4. Alexa Bliss

July 2026 will mark 10 years of Alexa Bliss on the WWE main roster.

Since returning to WWE at the start of 2025, Alexa Bliss has once again solidified herself as one of the most popular female stars in the entire company.

While it looked like she was destined for some singles success, Bliss formed a pairing with Charlotte Flair that went on to become best friends and win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.

The former five-time WWE Women’s Champion might separate herself from Flair and enter the Queen of the Ring 2026 tournament.

With her experience and success, Bliss could have what it takes to compete with the best the WWE women’s division has to offer and win the whole tournament.

3. Stephanie Vaquer

Stephanie Vaquer hasn’t wrestled since losing the Women’s World Championship to Liv Morgan at WWE WrestleMania 42.

At WrestleMania 42 Night One, Liv Morgan defeated Stephanie Vaquer to win the WWE Women’s World Championship.

Following this loss, The Judgment Day jumped Vaquer, causing her to suffer an AC sprain injury that has sidelined her for the past several weeks.

There have been reports that indicated “La Primera” could make a return sooner rather than later.

Vaquer coming back for the Queen of the Ring 2026 tournament could be the best way to set up a rematch for Liv at the WWE SummerSlam 2026 premium live event.

2. Charlotte Flair

WWE star Charlotte Flair

Charlotte Flair previously stated that her goal is to surpass John Cena’s 17 world championship record.

Despite being known as “The Queen” for most of her career, Charlotte Flair has never won the Queen of the Ring tournament.

Since making her return to WWE at the start of 2025, Flair has had her sights set on becoming a 15-time Women’s Champion.

While she has found success in the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship scene alongside Alexa Bliss, Flair has not been able to win a singles title since coming back.

Flair could enter herself in the Queen of the Ring tournament where she would have the opportunity to finally get herself back in contention for the top prize in the SmackDown women’s division for the first time since WrestleMania 41.

1. IYO SKY

IYO SKY held the WWE Women’s Championship for 245 days from August 2023 to April 2024, and the Women’s World Championship for 131 days from March to July 2025.

IYO SKY has been one of the top stars in the WWE women’s division over the past four years.

“The Genius of the Sky” lost the WWE Women’s World Championship back at Evolution 2025 and has not been in contention to win back the gold in several months.

The Queen of the Ring tournament might be a perfect path for SKY to go down to find herself right back in the mix for the gold.

Whether it be against Liv Morgan or her best friend Rhea Ripley, IYO might be the odds-on favorite to win the Queen of the Ring 2026 tournament and go on to win one of the women’s world titles at WWE SummerSlam 2026.
